At Leeanne Kerr Hairdressing, we operate with a 48-hour cancellation policy. Text and email reminders are sent out 48 hours before your appointment, giving time for any changes and rescheduling to be made.

If cancellations happen within the 48-hour window, then a cancellation fee will be applied and must be paid before any further appointments can be made.
